House rules

The guest should make use of the rented premises with due care. This entails that the household objects should not be moved. The household rules must be respected. On departure, the guest should leave the cottage clean (swept clean) and report any damages to the owner immediately. In case of non-compliance, 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

Do not throw any objects into the toilet.

Do not place a toilet freshener on the edge of the toilet.

On departure, please deposit all household waste (household waste, glass, paper and PMD) in the underground waste containers. View all locations on the city website or on the city map, which you can find in the cottage.

The barbecue is placed in the gravel area. Please clean the barbecue before departure. Do not place the barbecue in the shed until it has completely burnt out.

Bedding or towels are not provided by default. The guest can bring their own or rent a set. We offer the possibility to rent bedding and towels at the fee of €10 per single bed set and €12 per double bed set.

You will find an inventory in the cottage. The guest is expected to check its accuracy and pass on his or her comments – if any – in writing within 24 hours after arriving. The same goes for the cleanliness of the cottage.
