Rental conditions

All conditions and rates are shown on the website. Your reservation request will be answered by email with a confirmation letter. This will include all the financial conditions as well as payment instructions. The payment has to be done according to the confirmation letter you received by email. The energy costs are included in the price.

There is a deposit of 250 euros. Minor damage to the inventory of the house will be deducted from that deposit. The guest will inform the owner of any damage. This can also be determined during the clean-up afterwards. The owner will contact the guest about this.

The cottage is covered by an extensive fire insurance policy with Assuralia. The owner waives all recourse against the guest, insofar as the owner is insured for the damage in his policy.

The guest must abide by the instructions received per email after the rent payment. This includes the time of arrival and departure, keys, waste management, energy management and the use of the cottage with due care. Should any ambiguity or problems arise during the stay, the guest will always be able to get in touch with the owner or designated contact person.

The cottage is suited for a maximum of six adults and one child. The owner cannot guarantee compliance with this clause. The guest must ensure that this clause is respected.
